With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, Charlita is the Managing Director and Principal Licensee of CMorgan & Associates Pty Ltd. Charlita specialises in assisting individuals and families to find their forever homes throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, genuine care, and a personalised service model that ensure every client receives tailored advice and support. In addition to residential sales, Charlita has extensive expertise in land sales for subdivision, as well as the sale and outsourcing of both residential and commercial development projects. This broad experience enables her to provide3 strategic, end-to-end guidance across a wide range of real estate opportunities. Throughout her career, Charlita has successfully collaborated on, organised, and managed the sale of numerous developments across the region. She is known for building long-standing relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers, and for making the property journey as seamless and rewarding as possible. As Principal of the business, Charlita has developed and maintained strong, long-term relationships with residential clients, property developers (including high-rise and off-the plan projects), land developers, and commercial property stakeholders.

He was a seasoned accountant, and was involved in corporate management, and financial and investment strategies.Leo brings in his experiences into the company to take care of office management, and business operation; and to analyse and evaluate potential land for development, and commercial properties and to support CMorgan Properties, but excluding buying and selling of properties.
RAY MERA IT, Strategic & Market Advisory
With over 25 years of hands-on experience buying and selling property across NSW and Queensland, Ray brings deep, practical insight into the real estate market and a genuine understanding of what matters to buyers and sellers. This is complemented by a background as a senior IT and service delivery executive, where Ray has led complex, customer-focused initiatives - adding a disciplined, strategic approach to business development.
